Shipping terms: Prepaid inbound shipping labels, when provided, are valid for the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. The customer must drop the package off with the carrier; pickups are not arranged. All shipments travel at the customer's sole risk and expense. XRD provides no transit insurance and is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring in transit. The customer is solely responsible for the package, its contents, and adequate packaging. Each package is limited to a maximum size of 14 x 12 x 10 in and a maximum weight of 12 lbs. Depending on the unit and the fault, a repair may not be advisable; we review every case first.
